Meet Molly (she/her) and Emily (they/them), the dynamic duo behind Daisy & Bean Bakeshop. Founded in 2021, Daisy & Bean Bakeshop emerged from Molly’s decision to transition from her career as a midwife in the NHS. Fast forward to April 2023, and their dream became a reality with the opening of their commercial premises in Bath.

Daisy & Bean Bakeshop isn’t just your average cafe. Alongside serving delectable brunch, treats, and specialty coffee to the community of Bath, Molly and Emily specialize in crafting stunning celebration cakes. Their days are now filled with the joy of baking for a variety of occasions, including cafe patrons, parties, weddings, birthdays, pop-ups, festivals, and farmers markets.
